About this house rental
This corner lot home has a spacious front porch perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.
The beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, and wall moldings on the first floor create cozy/relaxing sitting areas. The kitchen is warm and inviting with beadboard ceilings, quartz counter tops, island and walk though pantry equipped with mini fridge. The first floor also has half bath.
Hardwood floors on the second floor. Large primary bedroom with walk-in closet. The primary bedroom has a private bath with a glass enclosed marble tile shower and custom vanity cabinet. The second and third bedrooms share a full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and custom-built bunk beds. The third bedroom/office has a queen bed and large work surface with dual monitors and docking station. Washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor.
The beach is a leisurely bike ride down 5th Ave., but you may never want to leave this backyard oasis (we rarely do because you have everything you need here). The spacious pool house opens up to the pool and the beautifully landscaped yard. The pool house has a custom bar, two wall mounted TV’s, vaulted ceiling, and plenty of seating.

The house is beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. The pool area is an oasis, a great place for a relaxing vacation.
