Nice home in Otterup with kitchen

We agree with others that the house is suitable for 2 persons (or 3 with 1 person sleeping on the sofa). Basement should not be used as sleeping facility but for storage instead. Upper half of the house is lovely equipped, mostly renowated and functionable. TV and WiFi work at best. Kitchen has great function and more than enough of utensils. Terraces all around the house with many furnitures are great to even find a place if it rains or becomes windy. Location directly by the sea speaks for itself. All in all we were pleased with what we found there. But for the letdowns and advises we have: House somehow looks incompleted and has to be rethought. The lovely sunroom has much potential but was occupied by cleaning utensils, empty bottles and small things for storage. Terrace had a broken plank which just needs to be replaced and fixed. Sofa and main matress do not match our standard of quality/hygiene and should be renewed, so we put blankets on the couch. Shower hose/head should be replaced. We think that either the owner still is in the process of working things out to improve or should take the advises into consideration as it is definitely a lovely place to stay if some little things can be fixed. For the cleaning we are no friends of letting the renters decide about cleanup. We found things like sticky tables and surfaces, remains in bathroom drawers, crown caps and cigarette stubs in flower pots. So just determine professional cleaning with extra costs and done.
