Welcome to your perfect group getaway on scenic Fripp Island! This spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and offers a relaxed layout ideal for families, friends, or multiple couples traveling together.
Inside, you'll find two king-sized beds and four queen-sized beds spread across the home, giving everyone plenty of space to unwind. The upper level features a bright and open living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and several comfortable bedrooms — all designed with a laid-back coastal vibe.
Please note: The downstairs bedrooms and kitchen area are not accessible from inside the home and must be entered through a separate exterior entrance. This setup provides a bit of extra privacy, making it perfect for extended families or guests who want their own space.

Fripp Island Guest Cards are available with the house but not included. Fripp Island Resort's club cards allow guests to use the tennis facilities, golf courses, pools, rent and water crafts, and use the restaurants on the island. Each guest over the age of 12 must purchase and have in their possession an amenity card to use the resort facilities. If you opt to purchase amenity cards, a 12.8% resort fee will be added to your reservation. This resort fee will only be added if you choose to add amenity cards. The current cost for guest amenity cards is as follows: Club Guest Card Prices for 2025:

Having experienced Fripp Island for over 50 years, the island will always treat you to an amazing vacation, regardless of where you stay. Pro'sLocation, short walk to the beach and access to the dock for fishing and crabbing. My son in law caught several flounder that made for nice fish taco's.Sleeps enough to accommodate our large family.Property managers went above and beyond in retrieving some clothing that was left behind after checkout.ConsParts of the property were not cleaned and quite disgusting. The back deck didn't look like it had been cleaned in weeks. Furniture was all jumbled and dirty with a black soot like film on the tables, leaves and other debri.When the property manger sent someone to clean the next day, they just rearranged the furniture and vacuumed but the tables were not wiped and the furniture still looked worn and stained in spots.Wifi was very spotty which resulted in not being able to use the TV in the main room unless we used a hotspot from our phone for connectivity. I had at least 4 different conversations over 3 days with Tidewater, each time explaining to them the router for the wifi was not close enough to the upstairs TV for it to work and they needed to move it closer. After the 3rd day, never heard back.No pantry in the main kitchen, made it difficult to store all of our food.The house is two different levels with no in house stairs. Can't have the littles sleeping on their own in the lower level.
