The following terms and specials will apply to all weekly and long-term reservations.

Weekly reservations staying more than 7 nights will receive a 10% discount and an arrival housekeeping.

Long-term reservations staying 28 nights or more will receive a 30% discount and an arrival housekeeping. An additional deposit of US$250.00 will be collected at check-in to cover electricity and any additional fees.

Arranged tours and amenities (eg. mainland tours or massages) must be arranged prior to arrival with the front desk.
