Perfect for a football weekend, visiting your college student or just enjoying the quaint town of Oxford. Three level townhome with STAIRS ONLY. One king size bed and bathroom on 3rd level. One queen bed and bathroom on 3rd level. One queen size bed and bathroom on bottom level. One queen bed and bathroom on main level with kitchen and living room. Each bedroom is equipped with a bathroom, dresser, closet and smart tv for guest use. Covered balcony with chairs for your enjoyment. New appliances including washer and dryer for guest use.

The townhouse was close to everything. Plenty of room for 3 couples. We loved the pickle ball courts being right across the street. We will stay again!

This townhouse was awesome. It’s in a great location due to its proximity to/from campus and it’s in the cutest little neighborhood. We were blessed with beautiful weather while there, allowing us to walk the neighborhood and play pickleball on the courts right across the street. There’s also a basketball court beside the pickleball court. On our walk, we saw the beach volleyball court situated in a little park with benches and trees, perfect for a picnic. We also strolled past both pools. The club pool is gorgeous, with lots of tanning ledges and pool loungers. The place has a 2 car garage and the owner was extremely nice and responsive. I can’t say enough about how great this stay was. The online info about this rental doesn’t do it justice.

Our stay was awesome and the host was a great communicator. It is a nice play with lots of room and is exactly what the property owner says.we will stay again when we are around Oxford.
