Breton house over 150 years old, recently renovated, ideally located between the charming village of Pleubian and the unique site in Europe, the Sillon de Talbert.
A magnificent region with its multi-coloured landscapes, between the flowers of hydrangeas, agapanthus... the multiple colours of blues given by the sea, and the colours of the rock hit by the sea.
Less than 1km from the sea between the port of La Chaine with its pretty lighthouse and the beach of Kermagen, beautiful walks on the GR34 will be offered to you.
Close to magnificent places to discover, 15 minutes from Paimpol, with its market on Tuesdays, and Louguivy and Ploubalzanec, places of the pier for the island of Bréhat, 15 minutes from Tréguier, medieval city, 25 minutes from the coast of Granit-Rose, Château de la Roche-Jagu.
The house is composed of a spacious bedroom, a bathroom, a toilet with its sink, a living room and relaxation area, a beautiful kitchen in the color of Brittany, and a veranda to enjoy the sun, relaxing or eating. It has its intimate green space and flowered by our hydrangeas.
The parking lot is in front of the house, no possibility of disturbing with our neighbors.
Minimum rental of 3 nights. Pets are not allowed.
