This wonderful luxury villa is located within a prestigious residential neighborhood near the Parc de Mougins. The property has 7 bedrooms and spacious accommodation of about 400 m2, large gardens with heated pool and hammam steam room.
The villa is set in 5,000 m² of private grounds and within a quiet, residential area between the village of Mougins and the lively town of Cannes, this 400 m² house is the perfect property in which to holiday in the South of France.
The interior is decorated in a classic style, with an Asian influence in the living room, leading out to the pool. The house is well organised for entertaining and relaxing, as the majority of ground floor rooms lead out to the terrace and pool. The villa is fully air-conditioned. The left wing is dedicated to the bedrooms, whilst the other side is for the dining, living and kitchen areas. The remaining bedrooms and fully equipped office are set on two different levels.
There is a seperate guest house that accommodates the 7th bedroom together with a well equipped kitchen and living area.
The grounds have been very well designed with the large pool being ideal for lap swimmers due to its width and depth the adjacent gazebo and shade from the olive trees provide the ideal location to while away the summer days and the flat lawns offer a wonderful play area for families to enjoy games.
