Badminton court and paddle board (available from September 2025, shared with other properties on-site). 2 small dogs welcome. Electric car charging point. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Situated in a small village 6 miles from the town of Sleaford where you can catch the train for a day out in Skegness or even London. There are lovely walks through the surrounding countryside and cycle routes straight from your accommodation. An abundance of wildlife surrounds you and you may be lucky enough to see the deer in the paddock next door.

"Cottage was beautiful and clean. Lovely location only a short drive for food and pubs. Hot tub was in a good location and the lounge was lovely next to it to warm up."
