About this house rental

Located on Norfolk Lake! Gorgeous home with an AMAZING VIEW! Your days have endless possibilities with this property’s location! Enjoy the private pool and spa, head to lake for water activities or fish on one of the many rivers in the area. Built in 2020 and sits on 3 acres. Property sleeps 8: two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house with a mother-in- law suite (bed/bath) in additional building. Open floor plan inside with a beautiful patio out back. Your very own oasis with a pool and view of the lake! 10 minutes from Mountain Home on black top! Due to damage by guests pets over the first year renting our home, we will be changing up our pet policy effective immediately. Limit is two dogs and there’s a $50 fee per pet for the stay! We hate to do this, but unfortunately, we have no choice.

This is a great property, just as advertised. Everything was spotlessly clean and nicely furnished. Communications with Heather was quick and helpful. The pool was wonderful (we had a hard time getting my grandson out of it, I think he spent at least 5-6 hours a day in it). A lot of pool floats and toys on hand to use. Deer visited the backyard on a regular basis. Great places for food and drinks near by. We all had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property to everyone.

Great place just as described in the comments. Loved that is was hidden from the road. As soon as you drove over the hill your first view was the barndominium! Great view out the back of the valley and lake. The place is very comfortable and has a flexible design if a larger group were staying. We loved the pool too. Very near to lake access and the town of Mountain home. We will definitely stay there again.

The home was inviting and comfortable! Loved the pool with a view. The fire pit was nice in the evening to make s'mores. All the needs of home in the kitchen which always a bonus. The bungalow was great for the older kids to have their own space. Everyone loved the setting, the house and the huge patio! Great proximity to Lake Norfork. Even though the water was up from recent flooding the lake was beautiful and refreshing! 10/10 recommend

WE WENT FOR THE WARMER WEATHER AND SPEND TIME OUTSIDE WE WERE SHOCKED AT THE OUTDOOR FURNITURES CONDITION, RUSTED,PEALING PAINT, RIPPED TORN CUSHIONS ON ALL THE FURNITURE, SO BAD GOODWILL WOULDNT EVEN TAKE THIS STUFF AS A DONATION, WE HAD TO PLACE TOWELS OVER EVERYTHING. ONLINE PICS MAKE IT LOOK LIKE NEW AND BEAUTIFUL . HOUSE WAS NICE, CLEANING COULD BE BETTER FOR SURE.I WOULD AND WILL IN THE FUTURE ASK FOR CURRENT PHOTOS BEFORE I RENT AGAIN SOME WHERE.

Upon arriving we were absolutely in love with the view and the seclusion of the property. The pictures were very accurate of Oasis. The cleanliness was outstanding! The AC works amazingly well in the house!! We loved spending our days in the pool the evenings were spent in the hot tub and pool along with lots of star gazing. We would highly recommend The Iasis to anyone traveling to Norfork lake!

Thank you, Heather! Our hosts were amazing and the house was perfect. The hot tub and pool were a dream, and the bluetooth speakers outside were so cool. We had so much fun celebrating our friend getting married. Arkansas has so many great sights and hiking spots. We will definitely come again :)

This house had everything we needed. The pool & hot tub were great! We loved the outdoor space. The kitchen had everything we needed. The couch was comfy. The only complaint we had was the beds were pretty firm. We are used to softer beds. We would definitely stay here again!

The Oasis was great for our mini vaca! We had three couples for my 40th birthday. The views are amazing and the deer at night are so cool to see. The pool was nice to get in and cool off on the hot days!!! Heather was great at all my questions and her home is beautiful!!!!!

The lake house is beautiful. My husband, myself and a young lady from our church stayed here. We had no problems communicating with the Host. She was very friendly and helpful. Loved the view of the lake. The salt water pool was great. Loved the hot tub. Definitely will stay here again. I recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed in this home for our honeymoon and we couldn’t have chosen a better place! It had the amenities we were looking for like being close to the lake and having a hot tub; but it turned out to be so much more than we expected! Everything about the house was beautiful we loved it so much! We used the hot tub most nights and sat on the side of the pool during the really hot days. The water was still pretty cool this time of year. You do have some neighbors BUT it has the feeling of being super secluded because there’s a hill you have to go over before getting to the house! We would totally stay here again and again!

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The check in process was a bit confusing, but the property manager was available and very helpful. There was a lot of cat/dog hair left on bedding and furniture that created some allergy issues for my family and the wifi did not work despite restarting the router multiple times, but the property is beautiful with great amenities.

Great house, great property, very clean, great layout, everything brand new, great to cook meals, privacy, great owners, good water pressure for showers, etc, etc. Can only imagine how great this would be for family & friends in the summer when you can use outdoor stuff like pool & hot tub. Just wish we were told there is no regular TV (like Directv, cable, etc). Having to personally log into the different streaming sites individually made it very difficult to watch college & NFL football games.

We frequent Norfork Lake as a couple, and wanted to share the lake with friends and family. We were so pleased that we chose this place! Such a beautiful home, with everything you need. Including the view. Plenty of parking space for boats too. We will be coming back, and recommend this VRBO to everyone.

The online pictures do not give this property justice. Incredibly romatic and peaceful. We didn't want to leave. It will always have special place in our hearts..We got engaged!
