This spacious Northern Minnesota Lake Cabin Rental sleeps up to thirteen people with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, and an open-concept living area. EXCLUSIVE: Located on a PRIVATE LAKE! No public access to Wasson Lake.

• Bedroom #1: Has a king-size bed.
• Bedroom #2: Has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed.
• Bedroom #3: Has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed
• Bedroom #4: Has 2 twin beds
*All linens, blankets and pillows provided.
• Bathroom One: Tub/shower combo
• Bathroom Two: Walk-in shower
*Bath towels provided, bring your own beach towels. Toilet paper, Kleenex, hair dryer, and hand soap provided
• Smart TV and Roku
• High-speed Wi-Fi

LOCATED north of Grand Rapids, MN on Wasson Lake.
Wasson Lake is a private 438-acre spring-fed lake offering 17 feet of water clarity. With a depth of 67 feet and numerous bays, the lake offers great fishing. The shoreline has many submerged points surrounded by deep water, down timber, and large areas of cabbage weed and wild rice. There are four islands on the lake and NO PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE LAKE, so it is private and quiet. You may bring your own boat which can be launched at Loon Point Resort. Excellent fishing for large and smallmouth bass, bluegill, crappie, & northern pike.
Resort access: Loon Point Resort, which sits just down the lakeshore from this cabin manages this White Pine lake cabin. Guests staying at this White Pine lake cabin have access to the resort amenities and swim beach which includes additional kayaks, canoes, stand-up boards, paddleboats, hydro-paddlers, water trampoline, Little Tykes water slide, fish cleaning shake, & volleyball court. Access to the resort Lodge which carries groceries, ice cream, clothes, and gift items.
BOAT RENTALS: Please inquire with Loon Point Resort if you are interested in renting a boat or pontoon.
ATV TRAILS & SNOWMOBILE TRAILS: You have direct access to trails from the cabin. Trails lead to local bars & grills and convenience stores for food, drinks and gas. We ride both ATV and snowmobile so we will give you maps and can give you tips on where to ride!!

I couldnt be more pleased. The weather was perfect and the fall colors gorgeous! The White Pine cabin was the perfect size for our group. The owners were great and we'll be back next year for sure!

Rented the lodge with a nice group of friends and had a wonderful time. Beautiful fall weather helped, but the house was spacious and comfortable for a large group - everyone wasn't crammed into one room to socialize. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and I haven't even talked about how beautiful the lake is, plus a nice State Park a few miles away with good hiking.

We rented the house separate from the resort & can't say enough good things about it. The house was perfect for our group, very clean & well stocked. We had full resort amenities but were secluded from everyone else. We came to Minnesota to celebrate my parents 70th anniversary-they have lived in Minnesota most of their lives & didn't know this gem existed. Sitting in the enclosed porch with the beautiful view of the lake was very calming. The owners were fantastic at answering our every question & being very accessible.

We had a GREAT TIME at your Resort in August 2014. Our accommodation's were very nice and clean and the
house was well supplied with all that we needed. Our grandchildren had a fun time with all of your water
activities, especially the 'paddle board'. We pretty much stayed at the resort all week, not wanting to leave and
go anywhere. Very relaxing and we look forward to seeing you in Aug. 2015. Thanks for you wonderful welcome
for our first year, we have made some 'new friends' .
