About this apartment rental
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people in two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Large terrace overlooking the sea with a sun umbrella, deck chairs and an illuminated bar led corner. Open plan kitchen and living room with 42 inch TV, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Wifi. Air conditioning and mosquito nets in all the house. Large back yard in the house and free parking.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a small building on the beach of Balestrate. The house was completely renovated in 2016 and is furnished with modern furniture.
The strength of the house is the private terrace overlooking the sea with direct access to the sandy beach. The terrace is furnished with umbrella, table, chairs for outdoor dining; deckchairs and hammock for relaxing in the sun; corner bar with LED lighting for romantic aperitifs and drinks at sunset; outdoor shower (with hot water) to cool off when returning from the sea.
From the terrace you enter the open space living room where there are a sofa bed (double bed for two people), 42 "TV, fully equipped kitchen (dishes, glasses, dishes, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee machine Nespresso, etc), air conditioning and mosquito net, a bathroom with shower.
There are two double bedrooms, one with sea view and the other with en-suite bathroom (with shower), both with air conditioning and mosquito net.
In addition, there are washing machine, clothes rack, scale, sheets and towels.
The whole house is equipped with free WI-FI access. Ample free parking.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo!! ROSARIO é una persona eccezionale, simpatico e di compagnia! L'appartamento è comodissimo, dotato di ogni confort..... Ci mancheranno le colazioni vista mare, i pranzi e le cene fuori all'aperto!

Wurden herzlichst con Rosario empfangen!! In einem wunderschönen, top ausgestattetem und mit Liebe gepflegtem Appartement, direkt am Meer. Kochen u Essen bei Sonnenuntergang, einfach traumhaft! Guter Ausgangspunt um mit dem Auto verschiedene wunderschöne Ausflugsziele zu erreichen.
