In the heart of the Verdon Gorges, the house is located a 10-minute walk from the village of Aiguines (grocery store, bar, restaurants).
No neighbors directly across the way, absolute tranquility
4,000 m² lot. 10x4 pool installed this year, surrounded by greenery; the pool decks will be built next year (we have to wait for the soil to settle).
The beaches of Aiguines (considered the most beautiful beaches on Lake Sainte-Croix) are a 20-minute walk or a 10-minute drive away.
The house features, on the first floor, a large living-dining room opening onto a 60 m² terrace with an incredible view of the entire Lake Sainte-Croix. Part of the terrace is covered to provide a shaded area, plus a kitchen, a bedroom, a large shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each opening onto a veranda terrace with a view of the lake (imagine waking up to that view!) plus a large bathroom and a separate toilet.
The house can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

Lake Sainte-Croix is a paradise for outdoor activities in the idyllic setting of the Gorges du Verdon (hiking, mountain biking, road biking, horseback riding, water sports, rock climbing, paragliding...). The beautiful village of Moustier-Sainte-Marie is 15 minutes from the house; Aups and its renowned market are 20 minutes away...
