No tea or coffee making facility in the room

The location was great, in the center, with the town and mountains view from the balcony and easy to reach restaurants, shops, etc. It was great to be able to have our cars parked safely underground. There are a lot of locations and attractions in the Dolomiti region that can be reached from the hotel (for us was great and easy as we were with cars). We appreciated that for one of the rooms they made an upgrade, without us asking for it.

We disliked that the staff is differentiating between clients. There was a bigger group in the hotel during our stay: even if we have arrived in the evening, the kids were hungry they told us they cannot serve us at the hotel restaurant as they have this bigger group they need to take care of and this will be the case for all evenings for the entire week. The story repeated in two of the mornings, at breakfast even if we were careful and took tables without a "Reserved" tag on them, they moved us later from the tables and in one of the days the waiter was quite impolite very firm coming to move us, not even apologizing (when asked why we need to move he explain they need to prepare the tables for the bigger group lunch, but it was 8:30, breakfast ending at 10:00). Guys, we are all your clients! The WiFi is very poor, frequently not connecting and when connecting very low speed, so basically you can consider that there is no WiFi available - at least that was the situation at 1st & 3rd floors. We paid in advance our stay when we check-in and at check-out they told us we need to pay our stay as in their system it was showing unpaid amounts (this was the same for 3 rooms). We were lucky that we kept the receipts and card payment confirmation so we proved quickly that we already paid. Again, not great customer experience for a 4 stars hotel.

Ottimo albergo, la posizione a fianco la zona pedonale , colazione molto varia e di qualità, camera e pulizia ok.

Troppo caldo in camera per le mie esigenze, ma prontamente modificata. Si sente la mancanza di una spa.

Che dire, arrivati in anticipo per il check in, accettati molto cortesemente comunque. Ottima posizione, personale cordiale, colazione molto buona.
