We absolutely loved this stay! The location right on the beach was perfect, and the views were beautiful. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and it was so nice to be able to walk straight out to see the beach. The staff was friendly, check-in was easy, and everything felt peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

I was hesitant to book after reading the negative reviews. But after staying at the property for three nights, I am quite certain that if I visit Koh Larn again, I will definitely stay at this picturesque property! We booked the sea facing room and it was sight to behold. One can spend hours sitting on the deck and looking at the blue sea. The room was clean and the linens were perfect. There was a daily complimentary refilling of the mini fridge. The staff were extremely well behaved and helpful. They sent a vehicle to pick us up from the pier and drop us back and it was complimentary too.

That we couldn't stay for a longer period! Maybe next time...

We did not have breakfast - the location was excellent not far from the jetty area - many food places nearby, staff very helpful. Absolute waterfront was actually built over the water with decking and lighting was excellent. I especially liked the netting beds over the water.

Very narrow lane for access but really not an issue - gave that little bit extra privacy.
