Sijainti erinomainen lähellä rantaa. Maksuton pysäköinti heti alimman kerroksen huoneiston edessä oli ehdoton omalla autolla matkustaessa, kun muu pysäköinti Pärnussa maksullista kesäaikana. Ilmastointi viilensi kesähelteillä mukavasti huoneiston. Rauhallinen sijainti, jossa kadulla ei läpikulkevaa liikennettä. Sopiva lapsiperheelle. Levitettävällä sohvalla mahtui hyvin nukkumaan kaksi aikuista.
Siisteys muutoin ok, mutta osa kupeista ja laseista oli likaisia ja vaati uudelleen tiskausta, joka ei välttämättä majoittajan vaan edellisten majoittujien jäljiltä.
