Nice place, well appointed. Very clean.
It is not the owners fault, as the home is older ( very well maintained though), and in the main summer season it is not an issue, but the house heating is governed by one main level thermostat. As it is colder downstairs than up, if you have the heat on even at a low temperature, it makes it very hot upstairs. Even at the lowest temperature, the family had to open the windows upstairs at times. That is a lot of heat being lost in the long run.
