The location was great. Wellfleet is sort of centrally located so it wasn't too far of a drive to either end of Cape Cod. Loved being able to walk across the street to the beach. Since it was early spring the weather was cold and blustery, so the fireplace was definitely a plus. Parking was easy - right by the cottage.
The cottage could use some new blinds (several had broken/missing slats, pulls or wands). Some weatherstripping is needed around the back door. The wind was really blowing in around the door.

Fabulous location right across the street from a quiet section of beach, away from the hustle and bustle of more thickly settled areas on Cape Cod. Easy access to National Seashore and to highway 6 for traveling about. Cute, cozy cottage with room for a family of 4.
The shower was a bit small, and the tv was difficult to use. Otherwise, all the facilities were great!

Location was nice
The place is very poorly stocked: 1 spoon, 1 cereal bowl, no corkscrew, 2 mismatched wineglasses, no salad bowl… We also felt the place could use some TLC
