Studio fonctionnel et calme, très propre, bien situé près des plages du lac, proche des commerces restaurants etc … parking sur place.

Emplacement à côté du lac et à proximité des commerces du centre (à pied) et de l'océan. Résidence très calme. Appartement agréable et bien agencé avec parking.
À notre arrivée lave vaisselle rempli de vaisselle très sale. Lave vaisselle en panne. Pas de réparateur disponible. Une personne est venue nettoyer la vaisselle sale. La terrasse n'avait pas été nettoyée depuis longtemps (sol et mobilier de jardin). Dommage, une vérification du logement avant l'arrivée des locataires serait bienvenue.

L’emplacement du studio au top, tout est accessible à moins de 10 min à pied La propreté et les équipements, studio très fonctionnel
La literie très peu confortable Pas de linge de lit Très peu d’information: aucune indication sur un local poubelle etc. Très belle terrasse mais jamais exposée au soleil
