"Everything was excellent, from really top communication and response, to impeccably clean flat, with all the necessary things. Nicely designed, comfortable bed."

The apartment was clean and spacious. WiFi worked well. We appreciated the washing machine.
The e-keys were unreliable, but fortunately the staff was very responsive and could always get us in. The way in to this basement apartment is not so pretty.

1. The lighting in the lift area sometimes didn’t work. 2. The heater of bedroom didn’t work. Luckily the heaters in the living room kept the whole property warm
