Zdecydowanie lokalizacja na plus. Tak samo jak możliwość parkingu samochodem w garażu podziemnym. Super, ze byl ekpres do kawy, zmywarka, mikrofala oraz lodówka.
Niestety na minus jest kilka rzeczy. Rozwalona framuga w drzwiach od łazienki- drzwi nie chca sie otwierać i trzeba opracować system zeby nie utknac. Niedomykające sie szklane drzwi od prysznica - woda ucieka dołem. Cieniutkie ścianki między lokalami w mieszkaniu - słychać było każdy dzwiek z łazienki i nie tylko.
