Perfect location for visiting everything. Parking was convenient, even though nobody would guarantee you a parking space in front of the apartment. But I could easily find another parking spot very close (it only happened once in 10 days not to find a spot there).
A bit hard the procedure to check in, but the main problem was that I was very tired when I arrived and didn't follow the procedure sent on YouTube via message by the owner. The apartment was not luxurious, but more than pleasant and spacious.

Trotz kurzfristiger Buchung hat alles reibungslos und einwandfrei funktioniert 👍
Der Vermieter war total zuvorkommend und pünktlich bei der schlüsselübergabe.
Das Objekt würde ich aufjedenfall wieder Buchen wenn mich meine Reise nach Teneriffa verschlägt … vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt ist aufjedenfall zu empfehlen👍

"Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment! Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung war modern und funktional. Das Restaurant in der Anlage war exzellent, mit einer großartigen Auswahl und leckerem Essen. Die gesamte Anlage war ebenfalls in einem tadellosen Zustand, sehr gepflegt und ruhig, was zu einer entspannten Atmosphäre beitrug. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, den ich gerne weiterempfehlen würde!"
