Location (10/10): The location couldn't be better. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the center of Ribadesella (shops, restaurants, and the old town) and a 3-minute walk to a beautiful peeble beach. It is also an ideal base for exploring the rest of Asturias, as most major attractions are easily accessible from here. Building & Parking: Located on the 1st floor (accessible by both stairs and an elevator). While public parking directly in front of the building can be tricky during the peak summer season, we always easily found a spot on the one-way uphill street just behind the apartments, so parking was never a problem. Space & Amenities: The apartment is very spacious, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room. Cutlery was plentiful, and the overall equipment was great. And dishwasher was great. There is no air conditioning, but we didn't miss it at all since the temperatures in the region are wonderfully pleasant! Maybe, a fan for cooling would also be a nice addition

The beds squeak quite a bit. While this is a common issue in holiday rentals. A hairdryer was missing (or at least we couldn't find one), which is a small expense to add. A couple of extra sharp kitchen knives would also be a great addition. The Wi-Fi wasn't working during our stay. The host mentioned they are working on fixing it, so hopefully, the next guests will be able to enjoy it.

Nada. Todo estaba bien, lo único que podría echar en falta es un ventilador en verano, pero a nosotros no nos hizo falta porque no calentó mucho

La persona que te recibe Tamara, es muy simpática está disponible para cualquier consulta y te resuelve todo lo que te surge. Es encantadora.

La almohada de la habitación de matrimonio estaba fofa y la tele no tenía buena calidad de imagen.
