Das Haus ist mitten in Rieden gelegen. Bäckerei und Schlachter sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Bis zum See sind es 5-10 min zu Fuß. Schlaf- und Wohnbereich sind sehr schön saniert. Alles war sauber. Wer gerne badet findet eine Große Badewanne vor.
Insbesondere bei der Küche sehe in der Preiskategorie Sanierungsbedarf. Zwar war alles funktionsfähig aber bei Wasserkocher und Herd muss man schon echt geduldig sein, bis da was kocht. Beim Geschirrspüler konnten wir kein Besteckfach ausmachen. Bei 2 Tagen war das jetzt nicht dramatisch aber bei einer Woche hätte ich es anstrengend gefunden. Die Betten im OG waren schon leicht durchgelegen.

The cleanliness was very good. The house is spacious, big bathroom, big bedrooms and kitchen. All what you need is foreseen, tableware, towels, toilet paper, ... . The owners were good in the communication. Quite place as well to stay so no noise of neighbours or whatever.
It was a bit hard to get all places heated, mainly the ground floor where the living room is located.

Beautiful, luxury, big location.
The owners where super helpfull and friendly and I politely asked If I could add an extra person and they agreed free of charge, I also asked If we could stay an extra day because we where to tired to drive home and they agreed for a small compensation. So yes the service was perfect !! Will definitely book again.

In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, selbst eine Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel war vorhanden und auch alle Küchenutensilien. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es gibt viele Fernsehprogramme und stabiles Internet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Zur Begrüßung gibt es ein Bierpack aus der Region.
Die Treppe im Haus ist völlig ungesichert, eine Gefahr hauptsächlich für Kinder, es fehlt eine Garderobe, wir wussten nicht wohin mit den dicken Jacken ?! Die Heizung im Haus funktionierte nicht richtig, sodass uns relativ kalt war, es gab einige mobile Heizkörper, die man dann ständig an und ausschalten musste.
