Self check-in allows late arrivals. It was really quite around during our stay (though there are building under construction around and can be noisy). Clean.

Quality of the kitchen and its equipment is much below the price. In general, the price was absolutely too high for the quality of the appartment and area. All equipment is very basic, except the bathroom which is fine and modern. Some cupboards in the kitchen and some shelves in the bathroom were permanently closed, even with a screw. Dishes are really basic. At the same time there are rules written and left on the table, that in case anything dissapears (there such a long list of things that should be found in the kitchen, you are not able to check if the list is valid), police will be announced and fine will be paid (if any plate is broken..?). The first time I see something like that. Felt treated as a pottential thief, not a guest, who pays really a lot - the most expensive night I have ever paid in Austria. There are no stairs to the appartment, but only some "pallets" put to form stairs. No curtain or other covering of the bathroom window. Some new buildings being in construction next door, so it can be noisy when work starts. Far from any shop, but no information was given about direction to the market. There was information about restaurants and doctor indeed, but none about the shop. Door system can be problematic to use, especially for children and it is fully electronic (opening and closing). There should be a standard key available to open the door from inside - for safety reasons. Bathing towels are small, not possible to wrap you around. All in all it should cost half the price, as it looks more or less as a transit sleeping place in general. And that is how we used it - for around 12 hours only.
