Chouette Tremblant Ski Inout Pedestrian Village

Great spot, very convenient for the ski in ski out

Location. Cleanliness. Nice kitchen. Late check out. Would stay again.

It was a bit hard to find this apartment. Tiny sink in the bathroom. It is ski in but not ski out.

The place is very pretty, is really cozy, comfortable and very clean. The location is amazing, your 4 min walk away from the center town and all the shops and restaurants, the ski in is amazing and is very practicable for the ski out, you just ski down a little bit and can take the cable car up to the lifts. The only thing I didn’t like is that if there’s other people staying in other apartments in the same unit, there’s gonna be a lot of noice.

The noice. Everything is wood so if there’s other people staying in the other apartments in the same unit you will hear it all. When they arrive, walk down the stairs or even just walking around. At some point we even had some nights where there where teenagers staying above us and they where jumping, running, shouting and we could hear everything and we didn’t sleep very well. So if you are a light sleeper have that in mind, if you are not then you might have no problem at all.

It was a standard apartment with amenities like stove, sink, dishwasher etc. This accommodation is a self catering apartment, and is located on the outskirts of the main pedestrian street.

The access to the property is not easy if you have luggage. It is on an incline and you have to walk up wooden stairs and a grassy area that was overgrown. The wooden railing on the stairways were rocking when held and you get the uncomfortable feeling that they can come off. The plastic chair outside our apartment was dry-rot and my husband fell and injured himself after it broke under him (he was on it for less than a minute). It does NOT have washer and dryer for washing your clothes. It was a bit remote. There are blackout curtains, but there are spaces between them, so I had to clip them together to get my privacy (bedroom and living room area). While the AC is running and I use the microwave, the breaker tripped, cutting off the power, so I had to take off the AC when I used the microwave. Even though I requested a late check out, the request was not facilitated and this was only informed the day before checking out (although I was offered the option of paying for an additional night with 30% discount, before the late check out request). Last and worst was noisy neighbors we had above us. It is a multilevel apartment with thin walls and you could hear the walk of the guests above like thumping on the roof of the bedroom. From 8pm to 12am the neighbours played music loudly and you could hear rocking, thumping just above your head. It kept me up. I reported this and was eventually offered to move. All in all, while the apartment was comfortable, I will not be booking again.
