Die Pinia Apartments bieten eine **sehr schöne Lage**, die es den Gästen ermöglicht, die Umgebung in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Slavo, der Gastgeber, ist **sehr freundlich und bemüht**; er ist ein ganz normaler, lieber Mensch, der stets darauf achtet, dass es den Gästen an nichts fehlt.
Die Apartments selbst sind **sehr sauber** und gut gepflegt, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Der nahegelegene Strand ist **nicht überlaufen**, was für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Das Wasser ist **sehr herrlich** und lädt zum Schwimmen und Entspannen ein.
Wir waren zu **sechst in der Villa**, und die Unterkunft bot ausreichend Platz und Komfort für alle.
### Abendspaziergang
Ein besonderes Highlight unseres Aufenthalts war der **Abendspaziergang in Richtung Vodice oder Tribunj**. Der malerische Weg entlang der Küste bot atemberaubende Ausblicke auf das Meer und die untergehende Sonne. Es war eine wunderbare Möglichkeit, den Tag ausklingen zu lassen und die entspannte Atmosphäre der Umgebung zu genießen.
Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in den Pinia Apartments ein wunderbares Erlebnis, das wir gerne wiederholen würden.

We had a great week staying at Pinia Apartment. The accommodation was excellent – clean and very comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, and having a washing machine was a big plus. We especially enjoyed the lovely outdoor patio and access to the pool.
Slavo, our host, was incredibly helpful. Since we didn’t have a car, he kindly assisted us with shopping. He also gave us great tips on beautiful, less touristy beaches outside of Vodice.
The location of the house was perfect – just a 2-minute walk to the sea, with several good restaurants and small grocery stores nearby.
We can warmly recommend Pinia Apartments – a true gem!

The apartment is brand-new and finished to a high standard. It's extremely comfortable and has everything we needed. The walk to the beach takes moments and that section is peaceful, but with a lively section a few minutes along. The location is excellent for exploring the stretch between Split and Zadar, with Krka nearby and Sibenik very convenient. We hope to return to Pinia, it was one of the nicest places we've ever stayed.
Nothing, the host was around and was super friendly and helpful.
