Casa Sapienza - Luxury Apartment in the Centre

Really spacious - great interior design. Excellent location close to car parks and at the entrance to the historical centre. Quiet. AC in bedrooms. Well prepped kitchen with lots of coffee pods.

Advert doesn’t make clear that it’s in the ZTL (no cars allowed) - a bit misleading to say they have parking whereas parking is actually 500m/10 min walk away. We stayed in Florence in the ZTL and the staff kindly organised waiver for us. No such offer of assistance here except a €70 valet parking service (we paid €15 euros to park in the private garage in Florence). Mattresses were really really bad as were pillows - let the whole stay down. Springs so worn that you slope at the edge off the bed! Very uncomfy pillows. Let the whole design aesthetic down. Please invest in memory foam firm mattresses and pillows. Other little niggles include no water in the fridge - would have been a very nice touch for weary travellers. Towels were a bit worn. Bathroom extract fans were covered in fluff/dirt. Some of the lovely wooden floorboards were a bit wonky and could cause trip hazard. Soap in one bathroom had come off wall and was sloppily not repaired. Couldn’t cast to any of the really good size TVs in each room. No AC in living space. I urge the owners to stay here and see for themselves - huge potential and not much effort required to be a really top class stay.

Estaba muy bien situado en Siena. Es moderno, las camas son muy cómodas y el apartamento está bien.

No me gustó que las puertas de las habitaciones fueran de cristal, sobre todo porque compartíamos el piso con otra pareja, y no favorece la intimidad y que en una habitación entraba luz por la ventana de noche, creo que era debido a una farola y en la otra habitación se oye mucho el ruido de los coches por la mañana temprano, menos mal que no es una calle muy transitada.

Está remodelado a nuevo en su totalidad, tiene ubicación céntrica con parking municipal gratuito cerca. La comunicación con los hosta es fluída, responden al instante.
