朝晩の景色が素晴らしい。テラスに出ても良いし、リビングからも窓が広くてよく見える。リビングが広く、立派なデスクもあり、仕事もはかどった。１日部屋にいても快適。バスルームが２つあるのもありがたい。
街の中心からは少し離れているし、坂道なので、食事や買物には歩く必要がある。レンタカーを使用したが、近くに駐車場がなく、路上駐車のスペースもない。
