It meets expectations for the money you pay. Clean.
Closed area with it's own parking space. Pool and barbeque area.
Hostess was really friendly and helpful, suggested great place nearby for dinner.
Quiet area, close to the lake. Good location. I would stay here again.
Close proximity to train rails so, if you have windows facing the rails it might be noisy.
Doors in room were squeaky. Also, we could hear every noise coming through doors.
Beds were too soft but this is our personal preference.

Christina hat uns sofort die Betten neu gemacht. So konnte jeder in einem eigenen Zimmer Schlafen. Das Frühstück wird in einem großen hellen Raum serviert (fast) mit Blick zum Balaton (ab 8h30). Habe mit meinem alten Freund eine Radtour um den Balaton gemacht. Dank Pool und Garten kann man aber auch in der Anlage seine Zeit verbringen.

Kerékpàrtúràn voltunk, és egy éjszakàt itt aludtunk, ezàltal fontos volt,hogy a bicikliket zàrt helyre tudjuk rakni, és itt volt egy tàroló az udvaron.
Igazàból egy éjszakàra megfelelt, többre nyaralni nem jönnék ide.

The Guesthouse/pension was in a quiet quarter of Balatonberény, not far to the beach of the lake Balaton.
A former socialist youth hostel refurbished to the pension. The rooms are well equipped: TV, air condition, fridge, ...
Possibility of swimming in the own pool with warm and clean water was perfect!
We missed the shelves in the wardrobe and we did not have a reserve roll of toilet paper (a half roll was not enough for 3 persons and 2 days).
