Одна ночь в Хемнице для семьи идеально нас устроила. Квартира просторная, чистая, ремонт свежий. Рядом бесплатная парковка. Все инструкции по заселению получили оперативно и точно, спасибо хозяевам!
5-ый этаж без лифта. Возможно кому-то будет неудобно с багажом, или пожилым людям.

Das Apartment befindet sich in einem DDR Altbau. Im Aufgang gibt es verschiedene Apartments aber auch normale Mieter. Wir hatten das oberste Apartment und somit einen tollen Blick auf die Stadt. Das Apartment war ansprechend ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung war neuwertig und alles im gutem Zustand. Alles top sauber. Gute Lage - von hier aus ist das Stadtzentrum leicht zu Fuß oder per Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber waren zudem immer gut zu erreichen. Bei Nachfragen gab es eine schnelle Rückantwort.
Das TV hat nur Internetanschluss. Der verfügbare Amazon Account hatte leider eine Kindersicherung eingestellt. Somit waren die meisten Filme gesperrt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut geschnitten. Die Einrichtung ist modern und gemütlich. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Bad hat ein Fenster, was sehr angenehm ist. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Man hat in dieser Wohnung alles, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Chemnitz braucht. Die Innenstadt erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten, außerdem gibt es gute Bus- und Tram-Verbindungen.

Die Größe hat gepasst, 2 Schlafzimmer, Essplatz für 4 Personen, Küche gut ausgestattet.
5 Stock, ohne Fahrstuhl, war bei der Buchung nicht erkennbar, die Wohnung befindet sich in einem normalen Wohnhaus mit festen Mietern. Sehr wenig Platz zum Duschen, unangenehme Bettwäsche aus synthetischem Material. Schade…
