AVENUE APARTMENTS

The underground parking is excellent. Being able to access and operate it directly from your phone is incredibly convenient, even though it is charged separately. The apartment was very clean and tidy. You can tell that a lot of thought went into the design - I especially appreciated the separate walk-in wardrobe. The cold water waiting in the fridge was exactly what we needed after a long journey - thank you for that thoughtful touch! The coffee was delicious, and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are also several grocery stores right downstairs, which is very convenient.

The street can be quite noisy at night, and you can clearly hear cars arriving and driving by. There was also a fairly strong chemical smell in the bathroom on the first day. The price was on the higher side, although overall the quality of the apartment was very good.

Andrei the host was absolutely fabulous, kind anf very helpful, as well as accomodating my demands even last minute (e.g. for the check-in and the check-out for instance). The appartment in itself was fabulous and very well equiped, the AC worked perfectly, and the bed was one of the most confortable I had the pleasure to sleep in. The properties are located in a brand new building complex, and there are small shops around (Linella not even 200m away). The location is also perfect, you are only a 10min ride by taxi to the city centre or a nice 30min stroll through a nice pedestrian and newly renovated area of Chisinau. Highly recommand for anyone coming to Chisinau for the first time or for anyone used to visit Moldova! I will come back for sure to Avenue Appartment.

Замок на дверях розшатанний і не крутиться на декілька оборотів. Погана шумоізоляція. На кухні стілець повністю був брудний в залишках білих розводах. Рушники не пахли свіжістю. В квартирі стоїть задушливий запах що потім залишився на всіх речах.
