L’emplacement face a la mer et la décoration de l’appartement.
Absence de VMC dans la salle de bain .

La proximité avec la plage, les commerces et les restaurants . Appartement de très bon goût niveaux décoration.
L'appartement, malheureusement dû a ça localisation je pense, est humide et chaud, il manque une climatisation pour que ce soit au top. Le déshumidificateur fait son boulot mais il faut le laisser activé continuellement et le vider très régulièrement
