Great apartment with lots of space and very central and close to lots of restaurants
There are hidden charges and the check in process is a nightmare. You will be required to pay a ‘security deposit to the same amount of what you paid for your stay but that’s only communicated right before check in once your reservation is non refundable. I reached out to the host regarding this and she was incredibly rude, threatening me and saying things like ‘I have a very high score in booking, I’m obviously not a scammer’ which hardly addressed my concerns of having to put my credit card details in a non secure super dodgy looking form where I also had to upload a photo of my passport. Frankly, I could have overlooked the difficulty of the check in and even the deposit itself but the fact that she was so incredibly rude really upset me. I reached out for help to booking who were not helpful at all and just sent me scripted messages and could not explain where in the booking process I have apparently been informed about the deposit. I honestly considered canceling my booking and getting over the money I would lose just because I felt disgusted having to continue dealing with the host but I was traveling with my parents and I knew it would have caused them stress looking for another place last minute. Luckily, in the end everything was fine, the flat was nice apart from being in a very noisy area at night and the deposit was not charged. However, even writing this review once again boils my blood that this woman was so disrespectful.

La ubicación es muy buena en el centro de la ciudad, quizás un poco ruidoso en fin de semana pues hay muchos locales de ocio, y el equipamiento del apartamento es muy completo
El sofácama es horrible, realmente no sirve para dormir. No sé si estaba estropeado u que es asi pero el resultado es un sommier ondulado y ruidoso que la tercera persona tuvo que padecer

Dos habitaciones grandes y baños amplios. Buena localización
Ascensor para 1 persona aunque ponga para 4. Enano. Sofá cama peligroso ya que al abrirlo salían dos piezas rotas que cortaban
