A very beautiful and comfortable appartment with a very scenic view. The appartment has very scenic views all around and has all the facilities. The host is nice and approachable and gives you good advise. Will definately stay again.

The loaction though beautiful but is only apprachable by cab as it is about 1.5 kms from the Gstaad rail or bus station. So its perfect if you are driving else be prepared to do a cab

The check-in process was excellent. We were warmly greeted by the owner’s son, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and provided many great recommendations for our time in Gstaad. The chalet itself was cute, clean, and comfortable, and the view was beautiful. We particularly enjoyed the charming experience of seeing the cows graze almost right up to the door.

Unfortunately, our positive experience was completely overshadowed by the owner's conduct during check-out. After an initial walk-through where the owner confirmed everything "looked good," we were confronted abruptly as we were leaving. The owner knocked on our car window and became visibly upset and confrontational. His issue was our use of four beds instead of two, arguing that we were only two guests and that this created "too much work" for him, suggesting we should be charged more. Using Google Translate, we explained that we had paid for the entire chalet, which was advertised and equipped with four beds, and expected to be able to use the space and amenities we had rented. There were no house rules or booking details that restricted our use of the available beds, nor were we given any specific instructions at check-in. While we apologized for any inconvenience, the owner’s rude, aggressive, and disrespectful manner was completely unacceptable, especially given that we had left the chalet spotless. While the chalet itself and the initial service provided by the son were lovely, the owner's lack of professionalism and poor customer service at the end left a significantly sour taste. Expectations should be made explicit and clear at the time of booking or check-in, not delivered as a hostile confrontation upon departure.
