Good location, spacious house

Good location, spacious. Comfortable beds and lounge.

Towels were not dry when we arrived but we didn't mention this until after the visit. Parking was limited and it was £10 per vehicle per day which we hadn't noticed on the listing.

Feels like a cheap students shared house

The beds were comfortable -walking distance from Lidl

Railway line in front of house - parking availability on street difficult and it’s a very narrow road -Main room carpet and sofa badly stained- bathroom dated, and looked moldy, toilet seat broken, freezer needed defrosting, no tea towels - dirty butter container left in fridge door, no complimentary tea coffee.

Very good value for money. Basic accommodation but well worth it for a weekend break with a good location.

Value for money, comfortable beds, spacious, 20 minute walk to the city centre and good restaurants nearby. Deposit refunded very quickly with good communication to queries. Bedrooms light and airy.

A lot of ID needed prior to visit. Bathroom needs updating , a fryer needs cleaning. Beer bottles, broken glass in garden. Nothing that can’t be easily sorted.

Overall a nice property to stay just outside the city with a Lidl just down the rd,

The amount of space available, comfortable beds and a small outdoor area which was nice to sit down at, although the floor outside was covered in cigarette end.

The bathroom needs updating and a good clean! The hot water and heating wasn't on the first night and we hadn't realised the switches were actually off, this wouldn't have been a problem if there was instructions on arrival informing you to turn them on. The WiFi signal was very poor, had to use our mobile data in the end. The kitchen could also have done with a good scrub as found dirty used foil in a drawer with a dirty knife and the glasses were dirty.

Beware! False advertising and deposit and personal info required for all guests.

Low cost and spacious. Good kitchen and comfortable beds.

Air conditioning that was advertised did not exist. Not even a fan in the place and the bedrooms were upstairs, so it was hot. Train every half hour or so all night. Charged a £250 deposit and asked to provide personal details of all guests and no refund if I didn’t do this. Was told deposit would be refunded in 7 days and 5 days later have now been told it’s likely to take another 5-10 days. This means these funds are not available for our holiday. I wouldn’t stay at any property that expects a deposit for a two night stay and won’t refund it immediately. Horrendous business practices. Beware!
