Bien placé, l'appartement est spacieux pour deux personnes avant pour chacun un grand lit tout confort avec linge de lit et produits ménagers. Il y a deux pièces dont une chambre séparée. On est dans une grande tour au 15è étage (pas d'insectes), avec une vue sur la plage de Quy Nhon et sur la ville. La cuisine est assez équipée pour se faire à manger (autocuiseur pour le riz, plaque de cuisson, bouilloire, une casserole, quelques verres, des bols et ustensiles de cuisine). On s'est acheté une petite poêle pour 3 euros au marché (il y en a deux). Les fruits et les produits de mer sont très peu chers par rapport aux supermarchés et sont meilleurs par leur fraîcheur. Il y a une machine à laver sur le balcon et c'est très appréciable.

C'est la hauteur de la tour mais on s'habitue assez vite à prendre les ascenseurs.

Good location (near beach), spacious room (had separate bedroom), filtered water tap available, large tv in living room (which was not useable which I'll explain why below), view of beach from balcony, room was clean, well built interior (all wood cupboards, drawers), room was quiet, 2 x separate A/C in bedroom and living area.

Room I booked from photos on booking.com was not what we got (deceptive advertising on booking.com, our room number was 1917). Room had no sofa/couch to watch the new large tv or any furnishings to make it feel cosy (there was a dining table), I complained and got an extra tv mounted to wall in bedroom as a fix so we could lie comfortably to watch tv (not happy but put up with it as I didn't want the hassle of leaving which was my first instinct). No hot water in shower (only basin had hot water if you turned 20A switch on). Bed was on small size (don't believe it was as advertised), had awful synthetic mattress covering and crappy blanket only, no sheets made from cotton, just some rubbish material that made sleeping difficult. Advertising with name "Pullman" is deceptive advertising, this building had no sign that read "Pullman", at the front was hotel "Grand Hyams Hotel" and the rear were we stayed was "TMS Residences". Using Pullman is just false advertising. Place gets so much traffic at the front due to so many domestic tourists staying at the hotel and residence, it was a joke when waiting to get picked up for a day tour as it seemed like every body was doing tours and was hard to find our guide (and the guide find us). The entry and exit laneways were so windy because of the building design, felt like you were entering a storm each time you entered or left building. In summary, for the money I paid, I felt cheated, will not return.
