Brand-new apartment in a lovely setting at a very good price/quality ratio

We've loved our stay at this apartment. Upon arrival, hostess Sandra was there to give us the keys to the apartment and to show us around: the apartment is brand-new, beautifully decorated and everything one needs for a pleasant stay, is there (even a first-aid kit was provided). As a family with kids, it was lovely to have some toys both inside and outside: our kids spend quite some time driving around on little cars and tractors outside! The apartment has four different rooms: a bedroom, a living-room with sofa-bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Each of these rooms are separate rooms that all have roller shutters. Besides the apartment itself, we loved the peaceful area it is located in: the apartment is surrounded by fields, but still a good base to take trips to e.g. the Geierlay suspension bridge and nearby Kugelbahn Zilshausen, Eltz Castle, the Laacher See and Lava-Dome or the Calmont Klettersteig, which we've all enjoyed visiting. Sandra is a really great hostess: not only is she very punctual, she is also very helpful and kind. She gave us some nice recommendations about activities to do with our kids in the area (like the Kugelbahn and Lava-Dome), and Sandra and her family made one of our sons' dream come true: they were invited to drive along on a tractor and grain harvester while at work, which was an absolute highlight of their trip! I can't but recommend this place as a great one!

I honestly can't think of anything! This apartment is a very good choice if you're looking for a nice place with an incredibly good price/quality ratio.

Schöne und ruhige FeWo

Die Ausstattung war sehr schön und modern. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Parken war direkt vor dem Haus möglich und zudem kostenfrei. Die Lage war ruhig. Es fehlte in der Ferienwohnung an nichts. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich. Können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Alles perfekt, Erholung garantiert!

Sehr nette Vermieter, aussergewöhnlich gute und saubere Einrichtung mit allem erdenklichen Komfort samt allen Utensilien, die wir in der Unterkunft vorfanden. Eine solche Wohnung haben wir noch nie erlebt! Wir werden mal wieder dort sein, und wir werden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Wanderwege, saubere Unterkunft, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10min Entfernung - wir kommen gern wieder.

Die Lage war für uns super, da wir mit unserer Hündin angereist sind - tolle Wanderwege direkt vom Haus aus. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt - inkl. kleinem „Willkommensgruß“. Die Vermieterin war unglaublich freundlich, immer ansprechbar und hat uns viele Tipps zum Erkunden der Umgebung gegeben. Kleiner Tipp: vorher den Hund „anmelden“, da dann auch ein „Willkommensleckerlie“ bereit ist :) Zur Info: Man muss wissen, dass bei der Unterkunft ein landwirtschaftlicher Betrieb vorgefunden wird, wo - je nach Saison - auch nachts mit dem Traktor übers Feld gefahren wird. Das kann dann auch bisschen lauter sein. Uns hat es null gestört, daher auch keine Kritik, sondern nur ein Hinweis.

Fabelhafte Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Top Lage, super ruhig, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um alles rundherum schnell zu erreichen, Bäcker/Einkaufen mit dem Auto in 5 Min ebenso Restaurants. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie z.B Laacher See/Maria Laach in 15 Min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin Sanda äußerst nett, sympathisch und hilfsbereit, gibt gute Tipps/Infos und ist sofort zur Stelle, wenn Sie gebraucht wird.

Sehr schöne Wohnung!

Sehr schöne gepflegte Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen und man kann vom Haus aus Wanderungen starten. Die Vermieterin was super nett, es gab keinerlei Probleme. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :)
