Das Apartment ist im 3. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl und ohne Balkon. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet, klein und fein. Es war sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Das Apartment hat ein Zimmer mit einer kleinen Küche mit Ess / Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Dann gibt es noch ein Bad mit WC, Dusche und Waschbecken. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig dort. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir würden das Apartment immer wieder buchen wenn wir in Höxter eine Unterkunft brauchen. Sie liegt direkt am Marktplatz über einer tollen Eisdiele.
Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Die Unterkunft liegt in der Fußgängerzone in einem Geschäftshaus auf der dritten Etage.
Es gab keinen Aufzug. Die Ferienwohnung bestand aus einem kleinen Zimmer mit kleinem Bad. Der Preis für diese Studentenbude ist vollkommen überteuert. Gering dagegen ist die Höhe der Eingangstür; sie beträgt nur ca. 1,6 m. ( Ich habe mir viermal den Kopf gestossen.)
