Gîte de l'ébaupin

The gite was very comfortable for 2 people & we particularly appreciated the peace and quiet (and the air conditioning in the heat of summer!!). Relaxing by the peaceful pool was wonderful & the trio of chickens were very entertaining. Be warned though that the astroturf around the pool quickly becomes burning hot in the sun. We were in the area for a festival & will definitely choose to stay here if we come again! Thank you again for the little gift when we left. That was very thoughtful!

We were a little surprised by the requirement to clean the gite on our departure morning or pay an additional €40 if the cleaning inspection was not satisfactory. Usually, mandatory cleaning fees are included in the rental price or are mentioned on the Booking.com site. We did our best despite the lack of cleaning products but do hope that the gite is thoroughly cleaned between each stay.

Loved everything about this property. From the home, pool, hosts, animals, a/c. It was our best stay. Wish we could stay longer.

Absolutely nothing. It was all 10/10!!!

The gite is well located near St Pourcain sur Sioule with all amenities. Lovely local market on Saturdays otherwise it is a quiet town. The gîte is in a hamlet elevated with views over the volcano chain and the Puy de Dome! The place is comfortable and cozy with a large bedroom en-suite. It was our second stay and no doubt we will return. We love the pool which is a good size and this year Bruno and Françoise added a super charming guest space outside the gîte with bar table chairs under a patio area. Loved this new facility which is relaxing and private to the gîte. The hosts are so welcoming and helpful making this gîte a favourite!
