Effective customer service and cleanliness of the place

Loved the property. So much space, clean and great location.

Property was lovely & large enough for 8 of us. From the front it look small, but once you entered wow. It is well built with high quality fixtures & layout Great location. Not far from CBD at all no need to drive just Uber for under $20. Big shopping ctr not too far for groceries. Warning for other travellers shops here close at 5:00PM restaurant 9 or 10PM. If you come back late from sightseeing, make sure to stock up on food just in case there are no restaurants open.

Water pressure if 2 people are having a shower, the water will just stop flowing or only turn into droplet. Which mean we have to constantly adjust water temp or step away from the shower for a second Kitchen - Pots & pan need to be replaced, they were badly scratches & missing handle. Not enough bowls for bfast cereal/porridge. Need dustpan as well, we had to use tissues to pick up dirt after sweeping floor Bedrooms we found cockroach in a few bedrooms

​The house was very spacious and clean, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We appreciated the incredibly easy check-in and check-out process, which made arriving and leaving stress-free. There were no issues with amenities—everything was exactly as described and worked perfectly. The hosts were accommodating and helped with all our needs. The location was ideal, offering great value for the price. Highly recommend!
