La ubicación, los servicios del edificio y en cierto modo el apartamento.
Detalles del mantenimiento del apartamento, la vajilla escasa, ropa de cama con olor y colchón blando, funcionamiento errático del microondas y el acceso al garaje mediante ascensor que requiere cierta habilidad con un coche grande y sacarlo el día antes de salir por si acaso se avería.

A beautiful apartment in a great location. The apartment was spacious, contemporary and full of light. The sofa and beds were very comfortable, it was a pleasure to stay in. We also enjoyed the roof top pool, it was always very quiet and a great bonus to have in the centre of Estepona. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return. Hasta la vista! 🇪🇸

Todo estaba muy cercano caminando, a 10 minutos. Centro, playa, feria, comercios, restaurante...

The property was spotless
The pool was out of order, the sofas needs replaced, and the car park is only fit for small cars as you need to get into a car lift to get down to the parking level which once down is big enough for a van, help to park after having to move in the main street was none existent from Rodger, his text read you have paid the money it’s the keys are yours for 10 days, very poor being left in a strange place in the dark with nowhere to park, 😤😢
