Apartment is as on the photo. You have all needed equipment, even coffee maker. The yard in frond is nice to sit in the evening.
Furniture is old and not in a good shape anymore.
It’s quite noisy. Walls and windows are quite thin.

Cleanliness standard was poor, sheets were stained and floors were not swept.
Lots of noise from airplanes landing nearby as well as neighbouring apartments.
Place is rundown with 80s-style formica kitchen and furniture that have seen better days.
