Very clean and orderly. Easy to get to anywhere in Rehoboth Beach.
I would say the living room couch has been well used. Although it was clean it had very little padding left in the armrests and cushions.
This is just me being picky though.

Everything was there we needed. It was great. We tried to leave behind some of the same things to help the next people out.
Someone came to the door an attempted to open multiple times the first night around 4 am. Only slightly strange thing.
