The apartment is in a nice secluded area. Very quiet and peaceful. The place is nice and was easily accessible. All the staff is very courteous. 7-Eleven is literally 7 minutes away. BTS station is walking distance as well. The best part is that it is walking distance to Iconsiam, which was great. The apartment itself is nice and compact. Had all the basics covered. Very good for a short stay.

I feel the apartment can do with a few changes. The mattress and pillows need an overhaul.

Good location. The room was quiet and clean. The washing machine was a handy feature which I used often.

I notified the agent about the broken bed when I arrived but it was not fixed. It would have been a quick thing to fix. I had to avoid sitting or lying on that part of the bed for the duration of my stay. Also the towel rail in the bathroom was broken as was the bedside lamp. Also the damaged floor has the potential to cut a bare foot and should really be replaced at some point. I also had to buy a shower rail and curtain to prevent water going everywhere in the bathroom. Overall. I think the property needs a little bit more TLC.

Instrukce k předání klíčů bych příště vyžadoval prostřednictvím Booking messenger, případně přes e-mail. LINE Evropané neznají a WhatsApp u starších lidí není oblíbený.

Hatte alles was ich brauchte, eine gute Internetverbindung, es war alles sauber, kein Ameisenbefahl oder ähnliches, Pool war vorhanden, ein Cowrking Space war ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Kommunikation verlief einwandfrei, Sicerheitsdienst war auch da, die Lage war sehr praktisch, vieles in unmittelbarer Nähe und vieles relativ einfach und schnell zu erreichen.

Balkon war ein wenig zu klein, aber da stand auch eine Waschmaschine; nur eine Türkarte, man braucht es für den Eingang, den Fahrstuhl usw. für zwei Personen ist eine Karte zu wenig.
