Great location .Condo had pots/pans to cook with.We ate breakfast then went to the beach for awhile then pool .Beds were comfy and couch was as well.

My only complaint would be little maintenance things like paint chipping off the wall when you walk in and I’m sure it’s just wearing off.

The dishes and kitchen stuff was dirty in cabinets and draws we had to wash before using they was hair and grit dirt sand in master bed had clean bed the first day. The bathtubs was had hard to do water it went from cold to burning hot almost got my little girls burnt the first night. But other than that had a blast and loved staying there.

Rooms were nice and clean, as well as the bathrooms! A perfect ocean front view! Staff members were helpful and friendly, making the overall stay well worth it!

Some paint was off the wall as you walked in, and half the patio chairs were broken! Other than that the condo In itself was nice!

The property was clean with easy beach access. Pools were clean and the indoor pool was heated. Elevators weren't too slow or sketchy like some of the other buildings I have stayed in. Our unit was very clean and comfortable.

The front desk attendants were rude and unhelpful upon my arrival. There was a cancellation for my unit prior to my arrival and the system was still showing that name for my reservation. The attendants referred me to the Avari team and told me that they couldn't guarantee there wasn't already someone in the room or that someone wouldn't show up and open the door once we were in the unit.
