Location. Quiet neighborhood. Safe neighborhood. Bedrooms were dark at night. Great for sleeping. Cute decor. Easy to find at night. Convenient to many Cape destinations. Clean. Kitchen was reasonably appointed. Price was right.
Beds! Queen bed was HARD. My wife found it very uncomfortable. Twin bed also hard. Get new beds! Shower was primitive. Controls worked poorly. Water got onto the floor easily. Couldn't turn it off. Controls seemed random and incomprehensible. My wife refused to use it on the last day. Please fix the shower. TV was merely OK.

The house was clean and well stocked with everything we could need for a family trip to the beach. It was easy to walk to Nauset beach and we were only a quick drive from everything in Orleans. We loved having the kitchen and grill to be able to do our own cooking and the clothesline for all our beach towels and swim suits.
No, everything was great!

We liked the cleanliness. The accommodations fit our needs of a family with two young adults. We were comfortable sleeping there and felt safe. The yard was very pretty and we enjoyed our morning coffee sitting on the deck. The outdoor shower was a great convenience too.
We liked everything!

It is a nice location.
The house is extremely small. It is fine for two people, but would be very tight for more. There are no outlets in the bathroom. It needs a little maintenance. For example, we had two electrical issues when we were there and the handle on the slider was broken so the was no exit onto the deck.
