Good location , very poor cleanliness

I like the location and the size pf the apartment , Violeta was very friendly.

The apartment was very very dirty and I am happy to share more details with a host if needed . WiFi is very weak and very often not available at all . It’s a pity that such a beautiful apartment at a great location clearly doesn’t get enough attention from the cleaning staff . The facilities could have been better too , for example we didn’t have a knife to cut bread , there was only one garbage bag and we had to buy our own once it got full , there was one roll of toilet paper , there was no iron in the apartment . This apartment has so much potential to be an amazing holiday , but cleanliness must be improved.

Fantastisch appartement!

Een geweldig appartement op een prima locatie! Het aquapark is op een paar minuten loopafstand. Ook een supermarkt zit op een paar minuten lopen, met nog wat andere winkels. Het centrum van Jagodina is ongeveer een kwartier lopen. Het appartement is zeer ruim, op de foto’s lijkt het kleiner dan in werkelijkheid. Er is heel veel kastruimte. Er zijn heerlijke bedden en kussens. Er zijn heel veel ramen wat het een heel licht appartement maakt. En overal zijn rolluiken, dus je kunt het ook goed donker maken. De douche is prima en je krijgt een grote en een kleine handdoek pp. Er is een fijne keuken. Er staat in de beschrijving dat er een waterkoker is, maar die is er niet. Ook staat er dat er een wasmachine is. Die is er niet, maar er is wel een vaatwasser. Er staat afwasmiddel. Parkeren prima geregeld, een parkeerplaats met een beugel met slotje. Fijne airco, al is die alleen in de woonkamer. Maar als je de deur van de slaapkamer openlaat, dan voel je hem daar ook. Er is een klein balkon aan de straatkant, waar je lekker even buiten kunt zitten. Zeer goede geluidsisolatie. Alleen soms hoorde je in de slaapkamer de hond van het huis naast het appartement blaffen. Zeer vriendelijke host!!! Als we nog eens naar Jagodina gaan dan komen we hier zeker terug!

De bank was erg hard en was met vlekken (waarschijnlijk was er met natte zwemkleding op gezeten). De wifi zeer is zeer slecht. Heel af en toe werkt het.

Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft war in Ordnung.

Leider gab es mehrere organisatorische Probleme: Das Internet funktionierte während unseres Aufenthalts nicht. Außerdem hatten wir im Voraus einen Parkplatz reserviert, der uns bei der Ankunft nicht zur Verfügung gestellt wurde – mit der Begründung, dass andere Gäste ihren Aufenthalt verlängert hätten. Eine Vorabinformation hierzu erhielten wir nicht. Die Schlüsselrückgabe gestaltete sich ebenfalls schwierig, da wir niemanden erreichen konnten. Wir mussten deshalb sogar eine Hochzeit kurzzeitig verlassen, um den Schlüssel zurückzubringen. Etwas unpassend empfanden wir auch die deutliche Betonung am Vortag, dass wir die Unterkunft bis 11:00 Uhr verlassen müssten, da neue Gäste kämen – gerade im Hinblick auf die zuvor beschriebenen Umstände.
