Close to lots of things great location. It was in a peaceful neighborhood with a pretty view of the bay, close to the creamery, downtown. The beach and bay fishing.

Very spacious, clean, practical for a home near the beach. Plenty of towels. Nice beds, bedding. We were very comfortable.
Step up into property too high for a senior citizen. Not enough dishes. Coffee mugs would be nice, also Basic cooking necessities ex. oil, sugar, a little flour, maybe pancake mix, syrup, coffee, tea. I don't know what is customary. I understand if the liability is too great, but it would be helpful to have some basic provisions
