Excellent location in Cape Cod for a first visit. Harwich is a great smallish place away from the busy towns and would highly recommend. House is a short stroll to the beach as described. House amenities are great especially kitchen facilities/dining area.
Feels a bit tired. Furniture needs cleaning in lounge area. Wardrobes and other furniture is worn/damaged. Handles in kitchen not screwed on properly. Outside furniture not covered up so soaking after rain. Table and chairs outside need some attention. Disappointed to not have any welcome pack, even if a handful of items. Main outside space in the sun is at the front where there is no privacy.
