Property is nice and clean. Private access to beach was great. Staff very friendly. Unit was very spacious. Dryer exhaust wasn’t connected properly to the vent causing concern of CO buildup but there is 3 sliding doors in the unit allowing for approximately 40% opening but still only ran the dryer when we were out of the unit other than that stay was great. Would recommend.
No Carbon monoxide detector in unit, gas dryer vent was venting inside laundry closet (in unit) and not to the exterior. Smoke detectors were missing, open cut outs in ceiling (not good fire separation)
